Responsible for setting the operational cadence within the business to ensure that we deliver great outcomes for all of our stakeholders and for our customers. He brings with him 20 years of experience in delivering change and within the Financial Services sector, with 14 of those at Accenture; as well as extensive experience of running and transforming operational delivery processes within IT / Professional Services. Adam enjoys cycling and football, being a big Liverpool fan, although his own playing career is most definitely in the "veteran" category now and so he spends more time on the sidelines watching his two sons play.

Alexey is a Senior Salesforce Developer and integrations expert with nearly nine years of experience and over 1,000 components developed. He focuses on code quality, solution optimisation, and technical coordination. A graduate of two IT universities and a programming olympiads winner, he continues to study modern standards and AI systems. Outside work, Alexey enjoys time with his family—travelling, fishing, riding quad bikes, cooking, and stargazing with his child under open skies.

Alex is an Automation Quality Assurance Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure software quality and functionality. His work plays a key role in maintaining high standards and catching issues early in development. Outside of work, Alex enjoys watching football, reading, travelling, and cooking. He’s passionate about exploring and learning—whether through books, discovering new cultures, or experimenting with new recipes that combine creativity, curiosity, and a love of good food.

With 7 years of experience in software development and 4 years in fintech, along with expertise in QA and product ownership, he bridges the gap between technical and non-technical requirements. He focuses on ensuring products and services are customer-centric, enhancing usability, quality, and efficiency while aligning delivery with both business and user needs. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, playing badminton, is an Arsenal fan, and is studying Japanese.

Brian is a Salesforce Consultant focused on delivering smooth, successful Singlify implementations by working closely with clients. He brings deep experience in leveraging Salesforce tools to drive impact and ensure customer success. Beyond work, Brian is an avid follower of science and technology, enjoying reading about breakthroughs and their potential impact. He’s also a passionate sports enthusiast with a love for football and basketball, always ready for a great match or an insightful conversation.

Chris leads Singlify’s QA efforts, ensuring software quality, reliability, and performance across the platform. With nine years in QA and six in fintech, he brings expertise in test strategy, process optimisation, and risk mitigation—helping deliver trusted, high-quality experiences for clients. Outside work, Chris is a keen badminton player and cycling enthusiast, and closely follows the Papaya F1 team. He driven by challenge and precision—whether in code, sport, or the race to the finish.

A BSc graduate in Mathematics (Statistics) and Computer Science, David brings experience in loan/financial and logistics management using Salesforce and data collection tools. A skilled Salesforce and systems administrator, he also pursues interests in database administration and data analysis using platforms like AWS and Colab. Constantly building his expertise, David balances professional growth with weekend drives with friends to explore new places and the simple pleasure of fluffy pancakes on weekend mornings.

George has over 10 years’ experience in the financial technology sector, with a background spanning Support, Customer Success, Compliance, Software Development, and Project Management. He’s led key compliance certifications, including ISO 27001 and ISAE 3000. At Singlify, he focuses on driving process improvements and delivering implementation projects. Outside work, George enjoys gigs, playing football and badminton, and for his sins, holds a season ticket at Manchester United.

Guy co-founded Singlify in 2018 with Maarten and Matt. With over 15 years in IT, he has held roles from project manager to technical architect, specialising in Salesforce development since 2008. As a consultant, he helped build the Loan Management system for Youth Business International. Guy combines deep technical expertise with a commitment to social impact. Outside work, he enjoys mountain biking and playing the trumpet, though not at the same time.

Herbert is a Senior Salesforce Developer and DevOps specialist with over six years of experience on the Salesforce platform, primarily in the financial services sector. He holds a BSc in Software Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Data Communications and Software Engineering. Passionate about growth and teamwork, Herbert brings flexibility and dedication to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports, reading, travelling, and movies, his go-to ways to recharge and stay motivated.

Ivy is an experienced consultant who develops Salesforce solutions to drive digital transformation. She has led projects in business process re-engineering, product management, and solution design. Known for her tech fluency and people skills, she bridges both worlds seamlessly. Outside work, Ivy mentors young leaders across Africa through a non-profit initiative. She also enjoys reading, swimming, hiking, and spending time outdoors with friends, activities that energise her and reflect her commitment to growth and community.

Jamie is a Lead Product Manager responsible for shaping Singlify’s roadmap and discovery to deliver valuable, scalable features that meet evolving sector needs. He brings 15 years' experience in the mutual financial services sector combined with implementing Product Management and agile disciplines, adopting a customer-centric, collaborative approach. Outside work, Jamie has a menagerie of pets, is an avid gig-goer, Leicester City fan and enjoys long walks in the Peak District.

Jase is an experienced Product Manager at Singlify, specialising in third-party integrations and API development. He brings deep knowledge of the Credit Union and Community Banking sector, combined with a strong track record in FinTech innovation. Jase leads on the Singlify Marketplace, connecting a wide ecosystem of third-party providers with customers to enhance platform value. Outside of work, he enjoys open water swimming, cycling, and tackling endless DIY projects on his family home.

Jente brings eight years of experience in the microfinance sector, including six years as Head of IT at microStart, Belgium’s leading professional microfinance organisation. He also works with a cooperative consultancy supporting non-profit and social-profit organisations. Jente’s mix of technical and sector expertise helps clients implement Singlify successfully. Outside work, he enjoys playing guitar, biking, and sports like squash and paddle, as well as exploring languages and cultures that broaden his global perspective.

Maarten brings extensive start-up and management experience to Singlify. As COO of Youth Business International, he successfully developed an international Operations Management System—including Loan Book—on the Salesforce platform, now used in over 25 countries. Prior to YBI, Maarten worked at Accenture in Financial Services. He’s passionate about using technology to drive impact at scale. Outside work, Maarten enjoys biking, running, and spending quality time with his wife and two young daughters.

Matt has over a decade of experience helping nonprofits adopt and use Salesforce effectively. At Homeless Link, he supported the growth of the In-Form product line. He also founded Performers Without Borders, a charity teaching performing arts to disadvantaged children worldwide. At Singlify, Matt brings this blend of tech and purpose to product development. Outside work, he enjoys time with his young family, good food and drink, and running through the hills of Stroud.

Matthew was a Managing Director at Accenture, with 31 years of experience delivering complex IT programmes for banks globally and leading the firm’s banking software business. He also helped drive social impact through CSR projects, including award-winning work with AMREF Health Africa. Now an investor and adviser to startups and charities, he recently supported the Slaughter and May report on TSB. Outside work, he balances a love of wine with just enough cycling.

Olivera supports Maarten and the wider team as Executive Assistant, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly so leadership can focus on growing Singlify. Her calm coordination and behind-the-scenes support keep everything moving. Based in Dublin, Olivera is a devoted dog lover and proud companion to two Cavalier King Charles, Millie and Riley. She also loves to travel, and her favourite place to unwind is San Diego—where sunshine and sea make the perfect escape.

Rich is a Non-Executive Director who supports and challenges the executive team, and leads Singlify’s Scaling Up Programme to prepare for our next stage of growth. He brings over 30 years’ experience scaling tech businesses and leading digital transformation across diverse sectors. His strategic perspective helps Singlify grow with purpose. Outside work, Rich is a massive music fan and always up for a chat about gigs, festivals, and anything loud and live.

Sergey is a Tech Lead focused on quality control and coordinating with developers to ensure solutions meet both technical and business needs. With deep Salesforce development experience, he sets high standards, rigorously reviews code, and offers expert guidance to the team. Outside work, Sergey enjoys football, chess, music composition, and tackling challenging quizzes—interests that reflect his sharp, strategic thinking and creative edge, which he brings to every project he leads or supports.

Shaquille works with Singlify customers to ensure their Implementation Management System (IMS) is configured and customised to meet their needs. He supports a smooth transition from previous systems, helping clients get up and running with confidence. As part of our implementation partner Uwazi, Shaquille brings a focus on quality and care. Outside work, he enjoys the outdoors and photography—capturing moments of beauty and stillness that balance his hands-on, client-focused role.

Sultan helps mission-driven financial organisations get the most from Singlify by combining clear communication, proactive guidance, and thoughtful support. His role spans onboarding, troubleshooting, and empowering users throughout their journey. With a passion for bridging tech and people, Sultan ensures clients feel heard and supported. Outside work, he’s focused on building solutions that empower African communities. He enjoys reading, exploring AI and software development, and dreaming big about the future—one innovation at a time.

Vitali is a Salesforce Developer focused on integrations and extending product functionality to improve business solutions. He specialises in connecting systems and building scalable features that align with organisational needs. His ability to bridge technical depth with practical outcomes adds real value to every project. Outside work, Vitali enjoys quality time with his family, playing with his children, and reading—balancing personal and professional growth with a calm, well-rounded approach to life and development.
