South Manchester Credit Union & CitySave Credit Union implementation update

In September we kicked off our first full back office replacement projects for Citysave Credit Union and South Manchester Credit Union. Our implementation provides both organisations with a platform that gives a 360’ view of their member relationships so they can personalise their support and meet changing member needs. Get more choice with our growing partner ecosystem

We’re passionate about helping you grow by partnering with industry applications to remove manual workarounds and automate business processes. That’s why we’re building our partnership ecosystem. So far this year we’ve gone live with NestEgg, CU Apps, Lending Metrics, Yoti, Data8, Equifax, Esendex and PDF Butler. On the horizon we have Nivo and Credit Canary and many other partnership discussions are underway. Watch this space for more on our partnerships!

Hear from credit union leaders who attended our product launch

We welcomed over 80 CEOs and leaders from 30+ credit unions to our product launch in Manchester in July. Watch this short video (1 min 30 seconds) to hear what some of these leaders are saying! In the morning we heard from our credit union “design partners” including Citysave, South Manchester, and Leeds on their journey and lessons learned with us so far, and in the afternoon we demo’d the various features of Singlify, including origination, loan & savings servicing, member services and marketing!
